We take pride in creating custom laser engraved products designed specifically for each customer.

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 15–20 business days
  • Custom and personalized items may require additional production time depending on design complexity and order volume
  • During conventions, holidays, or large event weekends, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on flat rate of $10 per binder and any order over $150 shipping is free within the USA. 

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 15–20 business days
  • Priority Shipping (USA): 5–10 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Custom Products

Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized:

  • Please double-check all spelling, customization details, and uploaded artwork before placing your order
  • ICo Engraving is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling or design errors after order approval

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and product damage when applicable
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible

International Shipping

At this time, ICo Engraving primarily ships within the United States.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package
